After watching the video and the interview, I was surprised she was as bruised up as she was actually. It looked like the bungee cord had already slowed her decent to a stop or near stop at the time it snapped, and it looked like she wasn't that far from the water at the time either. Perhaps the bulk of her buises came from a shallow river and the rocks on the bottom of the river.

Glad she's ok anyway, and she seems to be a real trooper in all this, taking it on the chin and saying that it won't even stop her from bungee jumping in the future. Look out for this girl, she's not the sort to let a single failure stop her... she'll likely end up the next Bill Gates or something... because that's 90% of what it takes to make it to the top in business.
